NCC was formed in 1951 to bring reliable telecommunication services to the homes and businesses in northwest North Dakota. In 2020, NCC completed a fiber build-out to bring a state-of-the-art network to 100% of their service area. Based out of Ray, NCC also finds great importance of being part of the communities they serve by sponsoring community, youth and school events as well as student scholorships.
